Minimum of 20 people and must accompany other menu items. Priced per guest.
Artisan Flatbread Station ~ A wide variety of creative ad contemporary culinary creations on display utilizing heated flagstone. Served with a Caesar Salad.
Appetizer Pasta Station ~ Choose two of the following combinations: Penne pasta with Tomato sauce, Fettuccine noodles with Alfredo sauce, Ricotta Cheese filled Tortellini tossed with fresh Basil Pesto. This station includes a Chef who will prepare pasta dishes for your guests.
Customize your pasta station with these additions:
Shrimp or Bay Scallops, Chicken, Italian Sausage or Meatballs
South of the Border Station ~ Grilled Beef and Chicken, seasoned Taco Meat, Nacho Cheese sauce, Spanish rice, Refried Beans, Taco Shells, Flour Tortillas, Tri colored Tortilla Chips, Salsa, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Sour Cream, Shredded Lettuce, and Cheese. This station includes a Chef that will assist your guests.
Bruschetta Bar ~ Sliced Italian Bread with Roasted Garlic Butter and Melted Mozzarella. Served with Balsamic Tomatoes, Tucson White Beans, Basil Pesto, Olive Tapenade and an Antipasto platter.
Potato Bar ~ Garlic Mashed Potatoes served in elegant glasses with Colby Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, Scallions and Apple Smoked Bacon Toppings
The Omelet Station ~ Fresh Omelets cooked to order! Your guests will order with choices of Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Ripe Tomatoes, Black Olives, Jalapenos, Bacon, Virginia Ham, your choice of Cheeses. Served with Breakfast potatoes.
